Painting installation
This installation approached painting as a spatial and material process. Colour emerged from openings in the wall and flowed across the gallery floor, solidifying into forms resembling geological matter. The work balanced control and unpredictability. While the palette was restrained, the process introduced a sense of latent force, as if colour could continue to expand beyond its given boundaries. Rather than analyzing painting through reduction, the work allowed material behaviour and spatial intuition to drive the outcome.
